How are SAP PM and SAP FI integrated with each other?

The integration between SAP financial accounting and SAP plant maintenance is chiefly driven by the asset accounting module which basically helps to recognize the maintenance equipment as assets in the system. This can be easily noticed by the numbering of assets and sub-assets in the equipment master data.
