I sent an email. How long will it take for me to hear back?

We aim to answer all emails within 1 business day (Monday � Friday) and you will often hear back in 8 hours or less. The exceptions to this are over the weekend and public and company holidays. We typically announce holidays on our website banner, since we know a lot of our customers are outside of the US.�
