My business has multiple pricing components. How can SAP manage this?

SAP has a functionality called pricing procedure that helps to automate the determination of the net and effective price of material in purchasing documents. Condition types, which refer�to different pricing components such as special taxes, freight, surcharges and discounts, are used to calculate the net and effective prices in purchase orders.
